Trunk-or-Treat SAVE THE DATE

Mark your calendars for Friday, October 30th from 5pm–7pm at Harmony United Methodist Church!

Trunk-or-Treat is a night of fun and connection with families from our church and community, and we couldn’t make it happen without an amazing team of volunteers who say YES to hosting a trunk!

WE NEED TRUNK HOSTS!

Individuals, families, friend groups, ministry teams, and more are invited to grab a spot and get creative! Pick a theme. Decorate your trunk. Dress up if you’d like. Then come ready to welcome families and pass out plenty of treats! We ask each trunk host to bring enough candy for our guests, and we’ll provide additional candy to keep you stocked for the rest of the evening.

GUIDELINES:

  • ALL VEHICLES MUST BE DONE WITH SET-UP BY 4:45PM
  • NO SCARY COSTUMES, THIS IS A FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT
  • VEHICLES MUST REMAIN PARKED UNTIL 7:15PM

 

If you’d like to host a trunk, please sign-up on the “Car Registration Form” on the fellowship table when entering the church OR contact the church office at 815-233-0057. You DO NOT need to be a member of our church to host a trunk! Anyone from the community is welcome!

If you’d like to donate candy to keep our trunk hosts stocked for the evening, please drop-off donations to Pastor’s office.

SAVE THE DATE and start inviting your friends and neighbors! This is a safe space for trunks and for trick-or-treaters! ALL ARE WELCOME!
